Share with your entire organization
To share your data with your entire organization, set the Entire Organization/Only My Teams toggle to “My Entire Organization." You will get a success message indicating that the change has been made.
Share only with teams you’re a member of
To share your data with just the teams that you are a member of, set the Entire Organization/Only My Teams toggle to “Only teams I am a member of.” You will get a success message indicating that the change has been made.
Turn off Sharing entirely
Currently, sharing can only be turned off at the organizational level, affecting all users within that organization. If you do not wish to share your data with anyone, we recommend choosing “Only teams I am a member of” and then declining any team invitations you receive.
