Login to Axon.
The Profile Shared column indicates a Thinker’s sharing settings.
This column is visible under the General tab in Search for Thinkers, Invitations Details and Assessment Group Details.
| Profile Shared Value | Meaning |
| Team | The Thinker's profile is shared only with the teams they are a part of. |
| Organization | The Thinker's profile is shared with the entire organization. |
| No | The Thinker has either not created their profile yet or has not unlocked their results. |
