Sharing Permissions — Overview
What are Sharing Permissions?
Sharing Permissions control who within your organization can view your profile, which includes HBDI® related data.
Sharing Permissions reflect Herrmann’s values of trust, autonomy, and intentional collaboration. By giving users control over their data, the platform fosters psychological safety and encourages purposeful sharing, helping Whole Brain® Thinking thrive within and across teams.
Your two options:
| Option | Who can view your profile |
|---|---|
| My Entire Organization | Anyone in your organization |
| Only Teams I Am A Member Of | Only members of teams whose invitations you have accepted |
What are Team Invitations?
When you accept a team invitation, you consent for your profile data to be combined with your teammates' data to create team insights. Your data is included in the team’s score and Whole Brain® Team Profile, and you gain access to team activities.
| Invitation Status | What happens to your profile data |
| Accepted | Your data will be combined with that team’s data to create team insights. |
| Invited or Declined | Your data will not be combined. |
