Send a Thinker a password reset

Send a Thinker a password reset:

1. Login to the Thinker Portal

2. Go to Thinkers and search by name or email.

3. Click View Thinker Details.

4. Click Send Reset Password Instructions and confirm.

If you’re stuck: Confirm the user’s email address is current; advise them to check spam/junk.
