Request SSO setup
Gets Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled for your organization with help from Herrmann Support.
What it does:
Connects your identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) to the Herrmann Platform so users sign in with their corporate credentials. Herrmann Support assists with final setup.
Steps:

Login to the Thinker Portal

Go to Organization → Request changes.

In the request, include: your IdP (e.g., Okta/Azure AD/Google), a technical contact, and your target go-live window.

Herrmann Support will reply with the required details and next steps.

Complete a brief test sign-in with a few users, then go live.
Notes:

Keep at least one local admin (email/password) for emergencies.

Herrmann Support can also assist with integrations (e.g., Stop & Think for Microsoft Teams).
