Practitioner | Request SSO setup | Reference/How-to

Audience: Organization Administrators & CPs with admin permissions
What it does: Connects your identity provider (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) to the Herrmann Platform so users sign in with their corporate credentials. Herrmann Support assists with final setup.


What it does: Gets Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled for your organization with help from Herrmann Support.

Steps:

  1. Go to Organization → Request changes.

  2. In the request, include: your IdP (e.g., Okta/Azure AD/Google), a technical contact, and your target go-live window.

  3. Herrmann Support will reply with the required details and next steps.

  4. Complete a brief test sign-in with a few users, then go live.

Notes:

  • Keep at least one local admin (email/password) for emergencies.

  • Herrmann Support can also assist with integrations (e.g., Stop & Think for Microsoft Teams).
