Thinker Portal FAQs

Q: What is the Thinker Portal?

Thinker Portal home page

  • Herrmann’s Thinker portal is a homepage for each Thinker to find their assessment results, e-learnings and access additional resources prepared specifically for them. It is a part of the Herrmann Platform.

Q: How do I get to the Thinker Portal?

  • Anyone using a mobile device or laptop can enter the URL: https://journey.herrmannsolutions.net/thinker and login to the Thinker Portal with the account information they created when they were invited to complete the HBDI® assessment.
  • This link can also be found on the screen at the end of completing the HBDI® and in the email Thinkers receive that confirms their HBDI® is being processed.

Q:  Why use the Thinker Portal?

  • The Thinker Portal gives Practitioners a fast and easy way to direct Thinkers to additional resources, including the HBDI® Digital which can be used an alternative resource to debriefing the HBDI® with paper packages.

Q: Does the Thinker Portal replace Axon or the ThinkStore?

  • The Thinker Portal is a part of the Axon system specifically designed for the Thinker. So it doesn’t replace Axon, it just gives Thinkers access to their own view.  In contrast, the ThinkStore is designed for Practitioners to access resources and place orders for various Herrmann Products. It is not part of Axon or the Thinker Portal.

Q: How do I unlock a Thinker's Profile from the Thinker Portal?

  • The Thinker unlocks their profile from the Thinker Portal using a code provided by the Certified Practitioner.
    • If the Certified Practitioner creating the invitation prefers the Thinker use a custom code, they can include that custom code in the invitation to the assessment. The custom unlock code can be useful when running a group debrief session.
    • Thinkers can also unlock using their profile code (e.g., 1121), which is typically provided by the Certified Practitioner during the debrief.

Note: Thinkers can use either the custom code or their preference code to unlock their profile.
