Certified Practitioners: how to access a Thinker’s HBDI® Digital

You can view your own HBDI® Digital in the Thinker Portal.

To view a specific Thinker’s HBDI® Digital, use Axon:

  1. In the top toolbar: Search For → Assessments

  2. Use Search Filters to find the Thinker

  3. In the results row, click View Profile

  4. On the profile, click the HBDI® Digital icon
    → You’ll be taken to that Thinker’s HBDI® Digital within Axon

Giving Thinkers access (if not using self-paced)

  • Share unlock code (configured at invitation) during/after the debrief, or

  • Manually unlock an individual profile in Axon via Search For → Assessments → View Profile (one Thinker at a time).

Using HBDI® Digital in debriefs (tips for CPs)

HBDI® Digital contains the same fundamentals as the paper reports and works well for virtual and in-person sessions. Keep in mind:

  • When showing Thinkers how to access HBDI® Digital, display a device (mobile or laptop/desktop) in front of the group, and walk through accessing in real-time, so that Thinkers can follow along.
  • Slow down the verbal delivery of the debrief session, as the Thinkers will have the HBDI® Digital information in front of them and will be reading and listening simultaneously. 
  • Be aware of less eye contact as Thinkers may be looking down at their device screens during the debrief session.
  • Because HBDI® Digital is on the Thinker Portal, all Thinker Portal features will be available to Thinkers during the session, and could cause multi-tasking distractions
