How to Manually Unlock HBDI® Results in an Invitation

Learn how to unlock HBDI® results for all Thinkers in an invitation at once.

This article is for Certified Practitioners and Assistants. If an invitation uses the I want to control when Thinkers access their results access setting, Thinkers' results stay locked until they get an unlock code. You can instead unlock results for every Thinker in the invitation at once.

How to Unlock All Thinkers in an Invitation

  1. Navigate to https://auth-st.herrmannsolutions.net/signin and log in to your account.
  2. In the top navigation bar, click Practitioner Tools → Invitations & Assessments.
  3. In the Axon top toolbar, click Search For → Invitations.
  4. Use the Search Filters on the right to find the invitation.
  5. Click Edit.
  6. Scroll to What do you want to do? and find I want to control when Thinkers access their results.
  7. Click Unlock.

Note: This unlocks results for every Thinker in the invitation who hasn't unlocked them yet. Thinkers who already have access aren't affected.

⚠️ Important: Unlocking applies only to Thinkers in the invitation right now. If you add Thinkers later, repeat these steps.
