How to Manually Unlock HBDI® Results in an Invitation

Allow Thinkers to access their HBDI® results immediately, without requiring completion of the Learning Journey modules.

If your HBDI® results are being delivered through a Certified Practitioner, they may remain locked until after your debrief session. Once the debrief is complete, your Practitioner will provide an unlock code to access your results.

Certified Practitioners and Assistants can also unlock results manually for all Thinkers in an invitation at once. Follow the steps below.

Step 1: Locate the Invitation

  1. Log in at https://auth-st.herrmannsolutions.net/signin.
  2. In the top navigation, go to Practitioner Tools → Invitations & Assessments.

  3. Navigate to the Invitations tab from the main dashboard.

  4. Use the Search Filters on the right side to find the specific invitation you want to unlock.Invitations_Search Filter

Step 2: Open the Invitation for Editing

Once you've located the invitation, click the Edit button to open it.

Step 3: Access the Unlocking Feature

  1. Scroll down to the section titled "What do you want to do?"
  2. Look for the option: "I want to control how users access their results on the thinker portal. (UNLOCKING)"

Step 4: Unlock All Thinkers

Click the Unlock button within that section.

ℹ️ What this does

This instantly unlocks results for all Thinkers in this invitation who have not yet unlocked them via the Learning Journey. Thinkers who have already completed their modules are not affected and will continue to have access as usual.

⚠️ Important: Unlocking is a bulk action

If you add new Thinkers to this invitation after unlocking, you will need to repeat these steps to ensure the new members are also unlocked.
