How to Access Your HBDI® Digital Results

Learn how to find your HBDI® Digital results in the Thinker Portal and unlock them.

This article is for Thinkers. Your HBDI® Digital results are in the Thinker Portal under My HBDI® Results. They become available after you complete the HBDI® assessment and unlock your results in one of the ways below.

How to Find HBDI® Digital

  1. Navigate to https://auth-st.herrmannsolutions.net/signin and log in to your account.
  2. On the Thinker Portal homepage, go to My HBDI® Results and click Explore My Results.

💡 Tip: To print your results, download the two-page HBDI® Individual Summary report as a PDF. In HBDI® Digital, click Print Summary in the left-side menu, or open it from the Thinker Portal.

How to Unlock Your Results

You'll see HBDI® Digital after you take the HBDI® assessment and unlock your results in one of two ways.

Complete the Self-Paced Learning Journey

Complete the learning journey under My Journey on the Thinker Portal homepage. When you finish, HBDI® Digital unlocks.

Use an Unlock Code from Your Certified Practitioner

Your Certified Practitioner gives you a code to unlock your results. It's either a custom code or your HBDI® Preference Code (for example, 1121). You'll usually get it after your debrief. If your Certified Practitioner plans to use HBDI® Digital during the session, you'll get it before.

  1. On the Thinker Portal homepage, open My Journey.
  2. Go to the Welcome module.
  3. Enter your code on the code unlock page.
