Do Teams replace Assessment Groups or Data Roles?
No. Those are for organizing your data; Teams are for Thinker access and engagement.
Can a Team have more than one Manager?
Only one Manager is required and must be set to save. You can change the Manager anytime in Edit.
What’s the ideal team size?
Up to 30 people for the best experience.
Do team members need to have completed the HBDI® assessment?
Yes, Teams rely on member profiles to generate the reports and insights.
Where do Thinkers find their Teams?
Inside their Thinker Portal, under Teams.
