Practitioner | How to create a team - two options (How-to)

Prerequisites:

  • You are a Certified Practitioner

  • You know which Thinkers will be in the team and who will be the Manager


Option A — From a Team Report (fastest)

  1. When running an HBDI® Team Report click Create Team (link on the report page)

  2. Name the team

  3. Add or remove members as needed

  4. Select the Manager (required to save)

  5. Click Save and confirm changes


Option B — From the Teams section in Axon

  1. Login to Axon. Go to Search For ▸ Teams

  2. Click New Team (upper‑right)

  3. Name the team

  4. Add members by typing names or email addresses

  5. Mark one member as Manager (required to save)

  6. Click Save and confirm

Important: You must designate one team member as the Manager before the Team can be saved.

Troubleshooting

  • Can’t save? Ensure a Manager is selected and all members have valid profiles/emails.

  • Missing someone? Use both name and email to search; verify spelling.
