Introduce Teams to Thinkers (Communication Tips)

During the debrief:

• Provide an HBDI® Team Report debrief and show the Team’s Preference Map Average, and Composite

• Point out what they’ll be able to do later in the Team module (Share & Compare, interpretation guides, Action Plans)

Keep it light & self‑guided:

• The Team experience is self‑serve; you don’t need to cover every screen

• Give a quick tour (a few clicks), then let the team explore

Sustain learning:

• Recommend one exercise per week (e.g., a discussion prompt or Action Plan step) to reinforce insights
