How does the Team Effectiveness Dashboard work?
- Participation is managed by HBDI® Certified Practitioners using Axon through survey invitations & reports
- The CP delivers the assessment results and facilitates discussion using a Facilitator Guide (provided)
- The CP uses the HBDI® Team Profile for insights into how the team's thinking styles impacts team perceptions of a specific challenge
- The Team Effectiveness Dashboard survey and discussions are most effective when repeated with the same team over time to pulse check team dynamics and measure progress
Who should use it?
- HBDI® Certified Practitioners will use this in conjunction with those who are responsible for team effectiveness in their organizations, such as:
- VP/Manager Level (functional areas and corporate focus)
- HR and L&D leadership
- Team leads and middle managers
- The Team Effectiveness Dashboard is for intact teams or cross-functional teams with common goal. Some use cases include:
- Recently formed teams (at least 2 months), with 4-16 members
- An existing team with new leader, new project, or other challenge
- A team in crisis
- Dysfunctional teams
