Practitioner | What is the Team Effectiveness Dashboard assessment? | (Reference)

The Herrmann® Team Effectiveness Dashboard is a 10-minute online diagnostic with 37 questions.  Team members are asked to think about their current team projects or functions and give responses to the question prompts.

The Herrmann® Team Effectiveness Dashboard is most effective when used in conjunction with the  HBDI® Individual + Team Profiles.  It takes the power of Whole Brain Thinking® to a deeper level by revealing each team member’s perspective on team alignment and efficiency.

• • Answers questions about team focus, velocity, roadblocks, and changes needed
  • Quickly evaluates team perception of strengths & opportunities
  • Provides immediate, actionable insights on current initiatives

• • Enables analysis and evaluation of the perceptions of individual members and allows for comparisons to the HBDI® Team Profile
  • Provides application of the common language for teams to think about themselves and their work together
  • Gives collaborative perspectives to HBDI® Certified Practitioners and teams, using the language of Whole Brain Thinking® for immediate, actionable insights to help align team thinking and focus
  • Allows each individual team member to make contributions to the process and have their opinions about the team’s dynamics voiced
