HBDI® Results can be unlocked using a Code provided by the Certified Practitioner OR if the Thinker by completing a series of learning activities in the 'My Journey'  tile on the Thinker Portal

Unlocking HBDI® Results using a Code

Thinkers can access their results in the Thinker Portal using a code provided by their Certified Practitioner. (Note: Currently Japan and China do not have automated access to the Thinker Portal.)

In order to maintain control of  the timing when a Thinker has access to their results, a Certified Practitioner can:

  • Provide the Thinker with a Custom Code that the Certified Practitioner has included in the invitation process
  • Provide the Thinker with their Preference Code allowing the Thinker to unlock their results.

*Please note that until the Thinker is provided with a code, their HBDI Results will remain locked.

Details:

Once a Thinker has completed and submitted their HBDI® Assessment, they'll see a page that provides a link to the Thinker Portal. This link is also sent to them in a confirmation email.

When a Thinker arrives at the Thinker Portal, their page should look like the image shown below with the profile results locked.

1) Click on the "Unlock Your Results" option. 

OR

2) Click 'Resume' next to 'Get My Results' in the My Journey section of the Thinker Portal

Here the Thinker will enter either the Custom Code provided by the Certified Practitioner with their invitation, or their HBDI® Preference Code (the four digit code that contains 1's, 2's or 3's - example: 1231), provided by their Certified Practitioner to unlock their profile results.  

Once unlocked, the Thinker will be taken to the opening page of the HBDI® Digital Profile, where they can explore their results.

Accessing HBDI® Results with 'My Journey' learning activities

If the Thinker has been given access to the Thinker journey learning activities as part of their invitation, they will be able to unlock their HBDI® results by going through the series of learning activities in the 'My Journey' tile on the Thinker Portal.  No unlock code is needed for this this option.
