Thinker | What is the self-paced HBDI® learning journey? | (FAQ)

Herrmann offers organizations a self-paced HBDI® learning journey, allowing Thinkers to learn about their HBDI® Assessment results and the Whole Brain® Thinking model in a flexible way that fits their schedules.

Audience: Thinkers
What it is: A series of 9 micro-learning modules in the Thinker Portal that help you understand your HBDI® results and apply Whole Brain® Thinking. (Module 9 is optional and can be enabled by your organization.)

How it works

  • Take the HBDI® Assessment in Module 1 (Welcome).

  • When a module is 100% complete, the next one unlocks.

  • Modules are sequential to keep the learning path clear and manageable.
