Access to the self-paced HBDI® learning journey for:

Client Organizations with an active Herrmann contract

  • Current clients must ensure an active contract is in place with Herrmann.  If you don't currently have a contract, please contact your Herrmann representative, or submit a support ticket for help.
  • Once an active contract is in place, Herrmann's Support Team will enable the feature for your organization. Please expect a one business day turn-around. 
  • After feature enablement, all users will have access to the self-paced learning journey.
  • Thinkers in the organization who created their user account prior to this feature being added will also have access to the learning modules.

New Organizations

If your organization has not yet worked with Herrmann, but is interested in experiencing the power of Whole Brain® Thinking, please complete our contact form and a Herrmann team member will be in touch shortly!


How to roll-out the self-paced learning journey in an organization

  • In Axon, a Certified Practitioner or organization's Admin will have access to create invitations that include sample language to guide users through the self-paced experience. 
  • For those who had previously taken the HBDI® assessment but not completed the learning journey, Herrmann can provide recommended communications to Thinkers who now have access to the learning journey modules. It is recommended that the organization communicates to Thinkers that they have access to new resources.
  • If Thinkers have any additional questions or concerns with navigating the learning journey, or accessing it, they can submit a support ticket, or simply use the help desk chat feature available on every page in the Thinker Portal, the orange question mark in the bottom right-hand corner.
