What it is: Everyday tools in the Herrmann Platform that help teams understand and apply Whole Brain® Thinking to improve effectiveness.

Where to find it

On the Thinker Portal, look for the Teams tile. If you’re in multiple teams, select the team you want from this tile.

Key areas

1) Team Summary

A quick, visual snapshot of your team.

• Average Team Profile with an Under Pressure toggle

• Guided prompts: Insights, How to interpret, How does your team function?, When to use

• Member list with each person’s Preference Code and links to their profiles

Use it for: a fast read on your team’s overall preferences and who to pull in for different kinds of work.

2) Understand My Team

Deeper views of how your team thinks and works together.

• Composite overlay of member profiles

• Preference Map (mini-HBDI®) for the team

• Normal / Under Pressure views for both Average Profile and Preference Map

• Practical guidance in each section:

  • How to interpret

  • How to use this information

  • Questions to explore

  • Examples in practice

  • Taking action

Use it for: planning meetings, clarifying roles, reducing friction, and choosing strategies that fit your team’s mix.

• Revisit the Under Pressure view before major deadlines or change moments.
