The navigation bar allows you to quickly access different parts of the Herrmann Platform from Thinker Portal and Org Admin.
What are the different parts of the Navigation Bar?
- Home - Clicking Home will take you to the Thinker Portal homepage.
- Learning Journey -Clicking Learning Journey takes you to the start of Journey.
- Learning Portal -Clicking Learning Portal takes you out of the Herrmann Platform and into LearnUpon. Note: Only users with the Learning Portal enabled can see this link.
- My HBDI® - Clicking My HBDI® will take you to the Four Quadrants section of your personal HBDI Digital.
- Practitioner Tools - Hovering over Practitioner Tools opens a drop-down with three options:
- Invitations & Assessments -Clicking Invitations & Assessments takes you to Axon Practitioner.
- Admin Tools - Clicking Admin Tools takes you to Org Admin.
- Think Store - Clicking Think Store takes you into the Herrmann Think Store.
Note: Only Certified Practitioners can see the Practitioner Tools dropdown.
- Admin Tools -Hovering over Admin Tools opens a dropdown with five options:
- Thinkers - Clicking Thinkers takes you to the Thinkers page in Org Admin.
- Teams - Clicking Teams takes you to the Teams page in Org Admin.
- Organization - Clicking Organization takes you to the Organization page in Org Admin.
- Analytics - Clicking Analytics takes you to Org Analytics.
- Account Settings - Clicking Account Settings takes you to the Organization Permissions page.
Note: You will only see the Admin Tools menu item if you are an org admin.
- AI Action Plans - Clicking AI Action Plans takes you to AI Action Plans.
- More - Hovering over More opens a drop-down with three options:
- Share With My Practitioner - Clicking Share With My Practitioner takes you to the My Assessments page, from which you can share your HBDI®.
- HBDI® Mobile App - Clicking the HBDI® Mobile App takes you to a page from which you can download the iOS and Android versions of the mobile app.
- Install Stop & Think - Clicking Install Stop & Think opens a page where you can download Stop & Think for Microsoft Teams. Note: Only organizations with Stop & Think enabled can see this link.
- Team/Teammate Search - Team/Teammate Search allows you to search for teams or teammates in one place. To search, type the name of your team or teammate and click the search button. Note: Only users who have Sharing enabled can see the Team/Teammate Search.
- Profile - Your Profile is represented by a circle containing your initials. Hovering over your Profile opens a drop-down with three options:
- Whole Brain Profile - Clicking Whole Brain Profile takes you to your Profile page.
- Account Settings - Clicking Account Settings takes you to your Account Settings page.
- Sharing Settings - Clicking Sharing Settings takes you to your Sharing Settings page.
- Logout - Clicking Logout takes you to the Logout page.

Who has access to the Navigation Bar?
By default, all users have the navigation bar, and they cannot opt out of it.
Do all users see the same links in the Navigation Bar?
All users see the same core links in the Navigation bar. However, certain additional links are dependent on your role and your organization’s enabled features.
