How to Retake the HBDI® Assessment

If you have completed an HBDI® Assessment in the past and have been invited to take a new one, you can easily do so using your existing account. Follow these step-by-step instructions to start your new assessment.

Step 1: Access Your Invitation

Click the unique invitation URL link that you received in your email.

Step 2: Navigate to Log In

The invitation link will take you to the Herrmann sign-in page. Select Login

Step 3: Enter Your Email

Enter the email address associated with your existing user account.

Step 4: Sign In

Choose your sign-in method and enter your password on the next screen.

💡 Note: The most commonly used sign-in method is Email and Password.

⚠️ Caution: If you select the Google OAuth sign-in option, the system will automatically use the email address of the Google account you are currently logged into. If you don’t remember your password, simply click the "Forgot your password?" link to reset it.

Step 5: Start Your Journey

Next select “Start Journey”

Step 6: Locate the "Welcome" Section

You will see your past HBDI® results on your Thinker Portal Page. To start the new one, navigate to the My Journey section and click Welcome.

Step 7: Proceed to the Assessment

Select Take the HBDI® Assessment and continue through to page 5.

Step 8: Initialize the Retake

On page five, you will see the option to Meet Whole Brain® Thinking. Click this to begin.

Step 9: Complete the Assessment

Follow the prompts and instructions on your screen to complete and submit your new HBDI® Assessment.

Once finished, you can proceed through the Learning Journey. If you have not completed the Learning Journey previously, you can go through it now. If you have already completed it, you can revisit it to make edits that reflect your new HBDI® results.
