You have completed an HBDI® Assessment in the past are now being asked to complete a new HBDI® Assessment. Follow these steps to take the new HBDI® Assessment in the Thinker Portal.
Step 1
Click the link to the invitation that you received via email. (See image below)
Step 2
The link to the invitation will take you to the login page shown below, where you can sign in with your login credentials.
Step 3
Once logged in, you'll see your past HBDI® results on the opening Thinker Portal Page. On that page, navigate the the My Journey section and then click on the Introduction section to begin. See the visual example below.
Step 4
Under the Introduction section, navigate to the Explore Cognitive Diversity tab and then continue to page 5. See the visual example below.
Step 5
Once you have navigated to page five of the Explore Cognitive Diversity module, you will have the option to Take the HBDI®.
Step 6
Follow the steps on the screen to complete the HBDI® Assessment.
