Assessment shows Incomplete after the Thinker clicked Submit

What you’ll see:

• You notice a Thinker’s assessment status is Incomplete and send a reminder.

• The Thinker replies that they did complete the HBDI®.

• On review, one or more pages of the HBDI® are not complete.

Likely cause: 

A short lapse in connectivity may have prevented some answers from being saved.

How to fix it:

Have the Thinker:

1. Access the assessment again at https://journey.herrmannsolutions.net.

2. Go through each page of the assessment and ensure all questions of the HBDI® are answered completely.

Important note about Work Elements

From time to time, a Thinker may leave the Work Elements incomplete and try to force the assessment forward by editing the page numbers in the URL. They may think they only need to rate the Work Elements they do best. Ensure they return and complete all Work Elements.
