Ann Herrmann-Nehdi is the Chief Thought Leader and Chair of Herrmann, the originators of Whole Brain® Thinking and the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument® (HBDI®). Author, researcher and keynoter, Ann’s work is specialized on the practical application of neuroscience and cognitive diversity to human and organization development and improvement, continuing the firm’s 35+ years of research with a database of over 2 million thinkers from around the globe. 



Asset_2Dr. Gillian Oakenfull is the Faculty Director of Diversity and Inclusion for the Farmer School of Business at Miami University. She has developed curricular and co-curricular initiatives centered on developing cultural intelligence skills to enhance adaptability to difference. These have included strategies as diverse as intergroup dialogues across difference to virtual reality trainings for perspective taking and empathy development. She is also the director of KICKGLASS, a program designed to develop human-centered solutions to gender inequity in the marketing industry.
